• No refunds will be issued after the service has commenced unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Delivery Timeline

Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon prior to starting. Delays caused by incomplete inputs from the client side are not the responsibility of QwikTech.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of QwikTech until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless stated otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

QwikTech shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services. We ensure best practices but do not guarantee absolute performance results.
